Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains what content and activity are not allowed when using Remove Sticker From Photo (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The Service is designed only for ordinary, non-sensitive photo cleanup, such as removing a harmless digital sticker, label, caption, timestamp, logo, or decorative overlay from an image of objects, products, scenery, rooms, food, animals, or graphics.

Images containing a real or illustrated person, face, facial feature, skin, body, identity document, payment information, medical information, or other personal identifying information are not accepted.

Adult and Sexually Explicit Content Is Prohibited

You may not upload, request, create, edit, store, or share any:

• Adult, NSFW, pornographic, nude, fetish, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexually oriented content
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, endangers, or depicts a minor or a person who may appear to be a minor
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content intended to sexualize, humiliate, harass, or exploit another person
• Content advertising or requesting "uncensored," "unfiltered," "18+," or similar prohibited output

This prohibition applies whether the content is real, fictional, illustrated, AI-generated, consensual, or otherwise lawful in a particular location.

Faces, Identities, and Hidden Information

You may not use the Service to:

• Reconstruct, swap, generate, or manipulate a face or facial feature
• Create a deepfake, impersonation, deceptive identity image, or misleading identity document
• Remove an overlay that covers a face, identifying feature, intimate area, or sensitive personal information
• Infer or claim to reveal what a person, object, document, or scene originally looked like behind deliberate censorship, redaction, blurring, or privacy masking
• Misrepresent an AI-generated edit as authentic evidence or an original historical image

If an image contains a person, face, body, identity document, or other identifying information anywhere in the frame, do not submit it.

Other Harmful or Illegal Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Create or facilitate harassment, hate, discrimination, threats, fraud, exploitation, abuse, or self-harm
• Produce forged evidence, deceptive records, fake credentials, or content intended to mislead
• Upload content without the rights and consent needed to process it
• Distribute malware, attack systems, bypass security or payment controls, scrape the Service, or impose unreasonable automated load

Enforcement

We may use automated and manual measures to review activity. We may reject an edit, remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities where appropriate.

Attempts to evade safety controls or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access. Credits may be restored for a technically failed request, but a request rejected for a policy violation is not guaranteed to receive a refund.

We may update this Policy as the Service, provider requirements, or applicable law changes.
