Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Remove Sticker From Photo, including removestickerfromphoto.com, user accounts, credit packs, subscriptions, and AI photo-editing features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Remove Sticker From Photo lets users upload a photo and request an AI-generated edit intended to remove digital stickers, emojis, labels, and similar overlays. The Service may also provide account history, downloadable results, credits, subscriptions, and related features.

The Service reconstructs covered areas based on surrounding visual context. It does not recover the original hidden pixels and cannot guarantee an exact or authentic reconstruction.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the laws where you live. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding contract, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law or if we have previously suspended your access for violating these Terms.

Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for activity performed through your account
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts to bypass restrictions, credits, or enforcement. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Your Photos and Content

You retain any rights you hold in photos and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us and our service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the requested Service, generate your result, and comply with law.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have all permissions required to upload and process it
• Your use does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
• The content and requested edit are lawful

Do not upload highly sensitive or confidential images. The Service must never be used with adult, NSFW, pornographic, nude, explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexually oriented content, even when that content is otherwise lawful or consensual. You also may not use the Service to create deceptive identity documents, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative content involving minors, harassment, fraud, or other harmful material.

Images containing a real or illustrated person, face, facial feature, body, identity document, or other identifying information are not supported. You may not use the Service for face swaps, deepfakes, face reconstruction, identity manipulation, or any attempt to infer or reveal a person's hidden appearance.

AI Results and Limitations

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, or different from what you expect. In particular:

• A sticker or emoji replaces the original pixels, so the Service cannot reveal exactly what was behind it.
• A reconstructed object, text, or scene is generated content and must not be treated as an authentic historical record.
• The Service is not intended or permitted to reconstruct, swap, or manipulate a face or identity. Requests involving people, faces, bodies, identity documents, or identifying information are rejected before editing.
• Results may contain artifacts or unintended changes.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them. Do not use generated results as identity evidence, forensic evidence, medical or legal evidence, or for decisions that could materially affect another person.

We do not guarantee that every image can be processed successfully or that an output will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Credits, Pricing, and Subscriptions

Some features require credits or a paid subscription.

• The number of credits required for an edit is shown in the Service and may change for future requests.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire as described at purchase.
• A failed processing request may be eligible for automatic credit restoration where the system can verify the failure.
• Subscription credits and benefits are provided according to the selected plan and billing period.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse completed charges.

Prices, included credits, taxes, renewal terms, and applicable expiration dates are displayed before checkout. We may change future pricing or plan features, but changes will not alter a completed one-time purchase.

Payments and Refunds

Creem acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, taxes, payment methods, refunds, and chargebacks. Your checkout is also governed by Creem's Buyer Terms.

Refund eligibility is determined according to the product terms shown at purchase, Creem's procedures, and applicable law. To request a refund, use the merchant contact information in your receipt or email [email protected]. Do not initiate an unsupported chargeback without first contacting us or Creem to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Acceptable Use

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. In particular, you may not upload, request, create, edit, store, or share:

• Adult, NSFW, pornographic, nude, fetish, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexually oriented content of any kind
• Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise harmful content involving a minor or a person who may appear to be a minor
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content intended to sexualize, humiliate, harass, or exploit another person
• Face swaps, deepfakes, face reconstruction, face manipulation, identity manipulation, or edits intended to infer or reveal a person's hidden facial appearance
• Content that reveals or attempts to reverse censorship, redaction, blurring, privacy masking, or deliberate concealment of sensitive information

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or exploitative activity
• Upload content without the necessary rights or consent
• Violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Circumvent credits, rate limits, payment controls, safety measures, or access restrictions
• Introduce malware, disrupt the Service, or impose an unreasonable automated load
• Scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Misrepresent an AI reconstruction as verified original content

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the content is real, fictional, AI-generated, consensual, or legal in a particular location. We may automatically or manually reject requests, remove content, restrict processing, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, refund or withhold credits where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful authorities.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

The Remove Sticker From Photo name, logo, and related branding may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI processing, and payments. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect users, providers, and the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may perform maintenance or make urgent changes without advance notice. Where practical, we will communicate material changes that significantly affect paid features.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the Service unlawfully.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination. Sections concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AI outputs are probabilistic. We do not warrant that a result is accurate, authentic, complete, or suitable for a particular use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $50.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from content you upload, your use of generated results, or your material violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without excluding mandatory protections available to consumers under the laws where they live. Disputes will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted resolution method.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, or law. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
