Purchase and billing information

When you buy credits or a subscription, we receive transaction information such as:

• Product or plan purchased
• Payment status, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers

• Billing contact details made available by the payment provider

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant-of-record and payment provider. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card number. Creem handles payment information under its own Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.

• Analytics providers, including Google Analytics, help us measure site usage.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. AI providers may operate in different countries and may have different retention rules, so you should not upload highly sensitive content.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account and edit history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet accounting requirements, and comply with law.

Uploaded photos, generated results, and related task records may remain available in your account history until they are deleted or no longer needed for the Service.
